Our tennis physiotherapy program works on:

  • Strength training

  • Range of Motion

  • Speed/agility improvement

  • Core stabilization

Common Injuries:

  • tennis elbow

  • patellar tendonitis (knee pain)

  • rotator cuff tendinopathy (shoulder pain)

  • ACL injury (knee pain)

  • ankle sprains

  • back pain

Our Involvement

Pure Motion Physiotherapy has been called to work onsite as the lead physiotherapists at some of the biggest junior tennis tournaments in BC working to provide treatment to players throughout the tournament. We also spend time at the Tennis BC Provincial Training Camps to help kids work on their fitness showing that there is lots that can be done to help improve strength, balance, and explosiveness.

  • Tennis BC Provincial training camp - a program bringing together some of BC's top juniors that includes both on court work as well as fitness 

  • Strength and explosive training for players trying to reach the next level
