As a dynamic private practice in Richmond, we serve a diverse client base, including individuals recovering from acute and chronic injuries, pre-and post-operative patients, and those seeking sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. While members of our team offer specialized care to tennis players and runners, our practice supports a wide range of clients and is not exclusively sports-focused.

Available Roles

PHYSIOTHERAPIST (PT)

Employment Type: Part-time
Reports To: Clinic Director

Compensation: New Grad Starting at $50/hr
Location: 105 - 6033 London Rd, Richmond

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 7AM - 7PM, Saturday: 7AM – 3PM

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-centered Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services, including comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, hands-on therapy, rehabilitation programming, and patient education.

As a growing clinic, we are looking for self-driven individuals who are eager to take initiative and contribute to building their caseload and career. An interest or experience in working with young athletes - particularly tennis players and runners - is considered an asset.

 

New graduates are welcome to apply, as are experienced physiotherapists seeking a positive and collaborative practice environment.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)

  • Proficient and confident in hands-on techniques, including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and exercise prescription

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Commitment to delivering one-on-one, patient-centered care

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and dedication to providing an outstanding client experience

  • Interest in participating in community events and outreach initiatives

  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and high standards of clinical practice

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Provide hands-on treatment and patient education to support recovery, performance optimization, and injury prevention

  • Collaborate with referring physicians, allied health professionals, coaches, and athletic trainers as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to uphold clinical excellence

  • Stay current with advancements in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and best practices

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment spaces

  • Engage in community outreach and networking to support caseload growth

  • Work closely with the Clinic Director to contribute to clinic development and long-term success
